Schedule for Tuesday, January 15

This is the schedule for Tuesday. 

5:30 - 6:00 Cherish will teach Oompa-Loompa (both versions) & Finale (if time allows)
6:00 - 6:30 Final singing auditions
6:30 - 7:30 Amanda will teach choreography to Oompa-Loompa with Cherish (run both
versions), Kevin/Ty pull students for acting auditions in the back lobby area

Our choreographer, Ms. Roxanne will return to class on January 22.

On Tuesday each student gave me two characters they wished to read for.  We work very hard to make sure that each student can read for the characters they have chosen but there is no guarantee that they will be cast in that character. Frequently a student may read for one character and we see how well they would play a different one. When that happens we simply have to go with our experience and instinct.  Everyone will have more than enough to do and plenty of stage time.  Thanks, Ms. Ty

Welcome to Selections from Willie Wonka!!

This is going to be a great class and we can't wait to get started.  Audition information and the script are on the side toolbar.  Students will receive a script and CD on the first day of rehearsal.  Most students will be double cast, ensuring lots of stage time for everyone.  The chorography will be cute and energetic and the songs are just fantastic - especially the all-time kid favorite - "The Burping Song!"  This show is one of my personal favorites - it is bright, colorful and just plain fun!  I know everyone is going to have a great time! Ms. Ty
